Exercising Your Rights
You may submit a request by:

- Visiting menergymeds.com and completing a request form
You may submit up to two requests per 12-month period. We endeavor to respond within 45 days, with the possibility of a 45-day extension upon notification. Responses cover the 12-month period preceding the request.
An authorized agent may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization from the California Secretary of State, written signed permission, and identity verification.
Deletion Exceptions
We may deny a deletion request when the information is needed to:
- Complete a transaction or provide requested services
- Detect security incidents or fraud
- Debug products or fix errors
- Comply with legal obligations
- Support scientific research in the public interest
- Enable lawful internal uses compatible with the context in which you provided the information
