- Process invoice changes and account debits for orders placed and services received
- Charge your payment method for any unpaid balances
Auto-Renewal: Programs are auto-renewing. You consent to automatic charges unless you explicitly cancel before the next payment processing date.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Shipping Authorization
All medications are dispensed per state and federal law with pharmacist approval, complying with applicable Medical Board and State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
By using our services, you understand and agree that:
- Menergy Meds is not liable for delays or errors during the shipping process
- Medication is considered dispensed when signed out for shipping, not upon delivery
- You grant permission for medication shipment to the address provided in your intake form or any updated address you provide
